Enquiry about representation: what information and documents do we need?
What happened, what would you like to achieve and what documents have you received? Help us obtain a clear initial overview of your matter.
Briefly describe your matter
Describe in your own words what happened and what outcome you would like to achieve. State who your matter concerns or who sent you a document. A clear summary is sufficient for an initial overview.
Attach important documents
Attach the documents relevant to your enquiry, such as an administrative decision, dismissal notice or contract. Ensure that all pages are present and clearly legible. Initially, limit the documents to those important for your matter.
State appointments, deadlines and when documents were received
Tell us about known appointments and deadlines. If you have received a document, please state when it arrived, if possible. If a deadline is approaching, also contact us by telephone; do not rely solely on a response to your online enquiry.
Contact and next steps
Provide an email address or telephone number at which you can be reached. The firm assesses your enquiry and contacts you about the next steps. Submitting an enquiry alone does not establish a lawyer–client relationship or mean that we have assumed responsibility for meeting deadlines.
